Flavors of Living is a healthy plant-based lifestyle blog with a focus on simple, real foods. It was created to share affordable, practical healthy living resources, along with my experiences, in hopes that you feel empowered to take time for your own well-being.
Taking care of yourself doesn’t require a special set of skills or a huge budget. With a little practice, and some determination and patience, you can make real changes in your life. The resources, recipes, and ideas shared on Flavors of Living aim to be cost effective, practical, and adaptable to your life.
I view wellness holistically. I eat a plant based diet, stay active, and work to fill my life with things I love. From food to mental health to environmental health to relationships to self discovery, it’s all important; it all impacts who we are and who we become.
Remember – Being healthy isn’t about being perfect but, about being aware. Never doubt the collective power of small decisions.
