Your fire

“Do not let your fire go out, spark by irreplaceable spark in the hopeless swamps of the not-quite, the not-yet, and the not-at-all. Do not let the hero in your soul perish in lonely frustration for the life you deserved and have never been able to reach. The world you desire can be won. Goals are important. They give you the action steps, the ‘how’. Vision, on the other hand, is the ‘WHY’. Create your own vision that embodies your values.

What’s your why?

Give yourself credit for showing up for yourself. Respect how far you’ve come and all you’ve accomplished. Say thank you to your mind and body for getting you to here. Just keep doing and moving and breathing. That is how you will get to where you want to be.
